Schools have been placed on lockdown as a precautionary measure

(Midvale, UT) - At least three people have been killed in a shooting in Midvale. Unified Police say a fourth person was shot and has been taken to a local hospital in critical condition.

Authorities say the shooting took place at around 8 a.m. at a house on South Adams Street. The suspect is still at-large.

Midvale Elementary, Midvale Middle, Copperview Elementary and MidValley Elementary schools have been placed on lockdown as a precautionary measure.
