Jana Kramer went fishing with Brantley Gilbert over the weekend and then caught the flu...she was carried by Brantley off the stage Saturday night. 

Wish we had the pic of him carrying her off the stage...but here's a pic she tweeted after catching a shark-and then throwing him back in.

Jana ended up going to the hospital for dehydration and the flu....and she's going to be OK.
