Angela Birch is an amazing second grade teacher. Not only is she the most compassionate and caring teacher I have ever met but she puts every ounce of energy in making sure she reaches every student in her classroom. Even though it is not in her contracted hours Angela comes in early, stays late, and even comes in every weekend to plan, prepare, and organize to give the best education to her students. I am Angela's student teacher this semester and I can honestly say I have learned more from her in the past twelve weeks then I have from any other teacher or professor over the past three years. She gives me several opportunities to work with student's in her classroom and then provides me with constructive criticism to make me become a better teacher. Angela is always in an upbeat mood, a teacher and staff favorite, and an all around genuine person.
