Have you ever wondered what it would be like if you could observe one of the BEST teacher's in the world in action, well ....all you have to do is step into Jodi Jaeggi's classroom and you will look no further! Jodi Jaeggi is the definition of determination and consistency. Ms. Jaeggi teaches a 5th and 6th grade combo class for students who are learning English for the first time and/or are new to our country. Many of her students are refugees or have special needs. Although this is a challenging class to teach, Ms. Jaeggi is up for the challenge!She is extremely patient with all of her students and has high academic expectations for all of her students.She strives for excellence in all of her students and this teacher never gives up!She works rigorously with her students to catch them up, so that they are able to do grade level work. She has a wonderful rapport with all of our students, parents, and staff. She has created a sense of community in her classroom and the students enjoy each day being a part of Ms. Jaeggi's class. In addition, every time you turn around she's there to help with a calming presence and a smile on her face. Too many times to count, she has lovingly and without hesitation, helped a teammate or coworker in need of help. The perfect choice for Fulton Home Teacher of the Week is Jodi Jaeggi!
