Hello my name is Madison Welch. I’m 15 years old and a sophomore in high school. I’m writing this letter for my two younger brothers and myself. We would love to nominate our mother Tricia Welch, who’s a great teacher and mother as the Fulton homes teacher of the week. Our mom has been teaching kids for 16 years! As a kindergarten teachers at coyote ridge elementary school in Glendale. She gives her students every ounce of her love, compassion, and knowledge. Her love and passion for teaching impacts her students, their parents, and her co-workers. This is reflected in the growth and development of her students. Even though our mom is the best teacher she is an even better mom. After long days at work she comes home and continues to give a lot more. She helps us get to our weekly activities and she works part time jobs so we can participate in cheer, baseball, and football to name a few. On top of that all the chaos, she continues to teach us too. She helps us with our homework and teaches us to be honest, caring, and respectful. I know there are a lot of great moms and teachers but we are fortunate to have both as our mom. With all our love, respect, and appreciation please consider my mom, Tricia for this great recognition.
