(KFYI News) A statewide survey says many Arizona Republicans who voted in the last two primaries are undecided as far as the gubernatorial race. Click here for more about the survey.
HighGround Inc. polled 400 Republican primary voters via telephone. Doug Ducey held a slight lead over Christine Jones at 17.3 percent.
Almost 63 percent of those surveyed said illegal immigration and border security was the most important issue, especially after the recent influx of thousands of unaccompanied children.
“We believe the results show that the Republican primary is a wide open race between the top three candidates - Ducey, Jones and Smith,” said Paul Bentz of HighGround, Inc.
